These delivery times does not include any delays that might happen with your delivery courier. As a rule, the purchaser has the possibility to cancel the order in case of longer delivery delays. If you wish to do so, please contact customer support. There is a time frame estimation available for each delivery option at checkout, which shows an approximation of how long each delivery option would take to arrive. This is only an approximation, since the freight is carried out by third parties it is not something that can be guaranteed by us. Please allow additional time for delivery during SALE periods. 

 

Please allow 24-48 hours for processing and dispatch from our warehouse. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next working day. While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, please be aware that delays may occur.


CUSTOMS AND DUITIES

 

VAT applies on all orders within Europe and is included in the price visible on the website. No customs & duties will be charged.

For all Norway orders, we ship on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis. This means that all relevant import taxes and duties are included in the product price and order value, ensuring no additional costs for the customer upon package arrival. 

 

REFUSED ORDER

 

If an order is not collected from the service point after receiving a notification, or if our courier is unable to reach you for delivery because of incorrect information, the order will be returned to our warehouse. In such cases, Soft Goat reserves the right to charge a penalty fee of €20 / 150 NOK / 125 DKK
