Mandaley is looking for enthusiastic and service-minded colleagues to join our Customer Service team! You will be part of a tight-knit team of around five people, supporting our two brands, Soft Goat and Malina, and acting as their primary voice to our customers.
About the role
As a member of our Customer Service team, you are the face of our brands. You will handle incoming customer inquiries, mainly via email and phone, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience. The role also involves administrative tasks and investigative support cases, where you independently find solutions.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Responding to customer inquiries via email and phone
- Providing professional and personal service that exceeds expectations
- Managing administrative tasks and support cases
- Working closely with your team to deliver the best possible customer experience
We are looking for someone who:
- Has previous experience in customer service
- Is solution-oriented, service-minded, and adaptable
- Has good computer skills
- Is fluent in both written and spoken Swedish and English
