WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE
We are looking for a motivated and organized individual who isn’t afraid to get their hands a little dirty. Optimism, a strong ability to learn, and persistence are qualities we value highly.
Mandaley – the parent company of Soft Goat and Malina – is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team in Stockholm/Sollentuna full-time. In this role, you will ensure that our customers receive the best possible service by delivering the right products at the right time.
Job Description
This is a full-time position as a Warehouse Associate based in Sollentuna. The main focus of this role will be to work with our retailers, ensuring that their orders are packed according to established guidelines and customized to meet their expectations. This role requires commitment, self-motivation, and a structured approach. Additional tasks will include picking, packing, handling returns, and more.
We are looking for someone who is:

- Proactive and unafraid to make decisions
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for accuracy
- Physically capable, as heavy lifting is required
- Strong in organizational skills and able to multitask

Beneficial but not required:
- Forklift certification
Salary: Monthly salary as per agreement

SALES ADVISOR
MANDALEY is looking for a Sales Advisor to join our team in Stockholm. In this role you will act as a brand ambassador, providing excellent service and building long-term relationships with our customers and driving business in all aspects, from sales to brand building. You will report to the Store Manager.
Responsibilities
- Act as an ambassador for SOFT GOAT & MALINA.
- Deliver excellent service to customers.
- Create and maintain long-term relationships.
- Work individually and as part of a team to execute efficient workflows and reach sales targets.
- Merchandising and styling.
- Plan and execute daily store operations.
- Work towards company standards and goals.
- Analyze and work towards Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and business goals.
Your Profile
- Previous experience in high-end service with a strong lifestyle brand.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

EXTRA STAFF FOR MALINA & SOFT GOAT WAREHOUSE
About the Position:
You will be employed on an as-needed basis, meaning the warehouse team leader will send out requests for work shifts when needed.
Responsibilities:
Picking and packing orders, processing returns, and other daily tasks.
We are looking for someone who is responsible, easygoing, flexible, and positive, with a strong ability to work well in a team.
Practical Information:
- Employer: Mandaley AB (Malina & Soft Goat)
- Start Date: Immediate
- Location: Sollentuna
- Scope: As-needed basis
- Working Hours: Vary. Usually Monday to Friday, with the possibility of working evenings and weekends during sales periods and other occasions.
