Many cashmere garments are being used a lot. Some garments can therefore be worn out and be in need of a recondition or a reparation. If this has happened to your Soft Goat garment, let us know! Select your repair preferences and fill out the form below and we can help you out.
1. Our customer care team will send you a pre paid way bill to the email address that you have stated in the form. Use this when you send the garment to us.
2. After Soft Goat has received the garment, an assessment of the damages is made. An email will then be sent to the registered email adress containing information about how the request will be handled. In connection with this, information about how the payment will take place is also included.
3. When the reparation is done, Soft Goat will send the garment back to you.
