EXTRA STAFF FOR MALINA & SOFT GOAT CUSTOMER SERVICE & WAREHOUSE

About the Position:
You will be employed on an as-needed basis, meaning the warehouse team leader will send requests for work shifts when necessary. Your tasks will involve a combination of customer service and warehouse work.

Customer Service:
Assisting customers via phone, email, and chat.

Warehouse Duties:
Picking and packing orders, handling returns, and other daily tasks.

We prefer someone who is easy-going, flexible, and has a positive attitude, with a passion for customer service and the ability to work well in a team.

Qualities:

• Proficient in Swedish and English (spoken and written).

• Knowledge of German is advantageous but not mandatory.

• Passion for fashion.

• Team player.

• Problem solver.

Requirements:
Availability to work during the summer months.

Location: Sollentuna
Duration: On-call basis
Working hours: Vary. Typically Monday to Friday, office hours.
Salary: According to agreement.
